YTY, a Paris holding company for ownership and transmission protocols

YTY is a French holding company — a société de participations — founded by Olivier Cordoleani and registered as YTY SASU (SIREN 887 663 201) at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 562, 75008 Paris, France. YTY owns and licenses the protocols, trademarks, patents and industrial designs of an ecosystem dedicated to ownership, memory and physical transmission.

YTY does not sell directly. It designs, protects and licenses the intellectual property of the ecosystem to the operating brands that exploit it under licence. YTY is a holding company, not a publisher and not an operating company. It is not a startup, not a SaaS company, not a cloud service, not an automation platform, and not a speculative venture. Its world is materiality, transmission, real ownership, proof, memory and the culture of the physical object.

The ecosystem YTY owns and licenses

YTY SASU owns and licenses the intellectual property. RELICKEEPER SAS edits and operates the service. They are two distinct entities. YTY SASU is the holding — it holds the trademarks, the industrial design and the patent, and does not sell. RELICKEEPER SAS (RCS Marseille, currently being registered — 3 avenue de la Magalone, 13009 Marseille) is the operating company: it edits and runs the RELICKEEPER services (relickeeper.art studio, relickeeper.shop online sale), and it is the contracting party of the terms of use and sale.

RELICKEEPER® is the ecosystem's flagship guardianship protocol, owned by YTY and operated under licence by RELICKEEPER SAS. It is incarnated in a physical card and its Seals — a living certificate that links cultural objects to their provenance through a physical gesture. RELICKEEPER is offline-first: the protocol does not depend on a third-party platform, an online account or a marketplace to operate. It carries no speculation and no secondary market.

The RELICKEEPER brand is exposed through public tenants organised by function, not through separate brands:

  • Shop — the only point of sale for the Cards, the NFC Seals and their accessories. Live at relickeeper.shop.
  • Gallery — limited-edition creative assets compatible with the Card, such as acrylic-glass prints with integrated Seals. The Gallery is not a point of sale for the Cards or Seals themselves — only the Shop is.
  • Corporate — the operating company behind RELICKEEPER: team, patent, press, legal notices. Live at relickeeper.fr.

The Corporate tenant is live at relickeeper.fr and the Shop tenant at relickeeper.shop, both since September 2026. The Gallery tenant is still being deployed.

Alongside RELICKEEPER, the ecosystem also includes Photonumerique (photonumerique.com) — a curated gallery of open edition artworks on acrylic glass, an aesthetic entry point into the ecosystem.

Founder

Olivier Cordoleani is the founder of YTY and president of YTY SASU. He is the co-creator of the original B.A.T. video game (with Hervé Lange, published by Ubisoft, 1989) and carries the vision, narrative coherence and cultural authority of the ecosystem. His personal site: cordoleani.com.

What YTY is not

YTY is not a publisher and does not guarantee the works or products of its operating brands. YTY does not sell to end customers, does not manage inventories, does not run promotional campaigns. It carries no speculation, no secondary market, no financial product. The B.A.T.® trademark is a personal asset co-owned by Olivier Cordoleani and Hervé Lange — it is not a YTY asset and must never be described as such.
